JOIN US FOR OUR VIRTUAL OFF-ICE 8 WEEK PROGRAM
This will be run by a Skate Canada Certified Coach. The focus of the class will be on Jump Technique, Fitness and Flexibility. Classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday April 13 – June 5. AB Skater sessions will run 60 mins at 4 pm – 5 pm and CD/IFS Skater sessions will run 45 mins at 3 pm – 3:45 pm. Please have runners, yoga mat, water bottle and room to jump. You will need to have access to a device with Zoom downloaded. A link will be sent to you each day before class is to begin. Any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
